GCE was chosen to complete a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on behalf of a confidential Long Island developer to determine through subsurface soil sampling and substructure investigation, if potential contamination associated with the areas of environmental concern identified in the previous Phase I Environmental Site Assessment has environmentally impacted the Site. Based on the findings, vertical and horizontal delineation of subsurface contamination-Arsenic impacted soil and vertical delineation of subsurface drainage structure were determined and removed from the Site. The environmental conditions at the property have been evaluated to the applicable regulatory agency and found in compliance with the department’s requirements.
